A note about Copyright

To anyone interested in Acquiring Usage Rights for Producing Reproductions of Troy White Originals:

Troy White retains all rights, including copyright, of all original paintings and other artwork, including custom commissioned works. None of Troy’s artwork may be reproduced in any form, by any means, electronic, mechanical or otherwise, without his knowledge, permission and express written consent.

Usage rights for producing reproductions of artwork may be granted by Troy in exchange for payment of royalties and/or an up-front sum, as agreed upon by both parties, in writing, prior to reproductions being produced or sold.

As the scope of reproduction projects varies greatly, quotes for usage rights must be made on an individual basis. Please contact us for a customized quote if you desire pricing for reproduction rights for an existing or custom commissioned Troy White Original.
