Squadron Leader Neville Duke, F/L Ted Sly and F/L Alf Glendinning of No 92 Squadron, flying Spitfire Mk Vb' s cruise alongside a towering Cumulus cloud in 1943. Duke had scored two victories over France in 1941 before being posted to North Africa where he flew Tomahawks and Kittyhawks scoring six victories with 112 Squadron. He became a legend when he returned to 92 Squadron and whie flying Spitfires added 14 more victories to his tally in just a couple of months. Duke finished the war with 28 victories and went on to be chief test pilot with the Hawker aircraft company.
